Level One Review - Clerical Staff Review
Transcribed Report is reviewed for format, typos and grammar.
Level Two Review - Clinical Staff Review
Extended Review is performed in the following areas:
History of Injury, Past Medical History, Physical Examination, Review of Records, Diagnosis, Comments and Conclusions.
Additionally the Report is reviewed to determine if each question posed by the referral source is addressed, all conclusions are clear and definitive and work status/ work activities are adequately addressed.

Level Three Review - Medical Director Review
Any remaining unresolved issues, inconsistencies or inconclusive findings are referred to Medical Advisor for disposition.
